Telephone Service Fee Chart:
A. One 16 button executive phone set
Two SBC PacBell lines with in-house voicemail and extension service........................................................$75.00/mo
(Such as 2 numbers = 1 phone & 1 fax
–or- 2 numbers = two 16-button phones
–or- 2 numbers = 1 phone & 1 modem)
Each additional 16-button phone set per office with 1 additional
SBC PacBell line (number)............................$30.00/mo
B. One 16- button executive phone set with in-house
voice mail & extension service……...........................................$60.00/mo
C. Additional Incoming lines and/or SBC PacBell
numbers...............................................................$15.00/mo
(Fax, Modem, DSL, etc.)
T-1 high-speed Internet access:
1-channel.....................................................$100.00/mo
(Greater usage will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.)
One-time setup charges:
- Security deposit equal to one month’s rent and contracted
services, refundable if the premises are left in good condition
and no default exists
- Front door menu board sign, as invoiced by our sign company
- Housekeeping $100, non-refundable
Telephone service installation:
- Other than cellular phones, we cannot accommodate direct line
by-passing our switchboard from SBC PacBell.
- All lines are ordered from SBC PacBell by Lessee. SBC PacBell
will bring the ordered lines “to” the building. SBC
will bill Lessee directly for installation and the monthly usage.
- ATEL will connect the SBC lines to Lessee’s Suite through
the in-house phone system, customized to Lessee’s instructions.
ATEL’s installation charges will be reflected on Lessee’s
next monthly statement in the same amount as ATEL’s invoice.
- Lessee shall be responsible for all installation charges billed
by ATEL and/or SBC PacBell.
- We do not charge any additional installation fees. All monthly
phone fees will be base upon Lessee’s requirements, chosen
from the Telephone Service Fee chart.
